Regarding the funeral service for Sergeant Marcus Bawol

A funeral service for Marine Staff Sergeant Marcus Bawol, who was among 11 military members who died in a helicopter crash in Florida on March 10, will be at 11 a.m. on Thursday, March 26, at St. Louise de Marillac Church, 2500 Twelve Mile Road in Warren. Monsignor Thomas Rice, pastor of St. Thomas More Parish in Troy, will preside at the Mass.

The Archdiocesan Department of Communications relays a request from the family and parish that no recording devices— video, audio, or still photography— be allowed in the church before, during, or after the funeral service.
