Nov 5 Regarding the funeral service for Ryan Tsatsos

The funeral service for Ryan Tsatsos, the Central Michigan freshman who was killed by a hit-and-run driver on Nov. 1, will take place at 10 a.m. on Friday, Nov. 6, at St. Lawrence Church 44633 Utica Road in Utica.

Due to the dignity attached to the occasion, and at the respectful request of the family and the parish community, we inform you that no recording devices -- video, audio or still photography -- will be allowed in the church or elsewhere on parish property for the funeral service. We likewise ask that no media interviews take place on parish property before, during or after the funeral. The main church parking lot will be reserved for attendees and will not be open to media vehicles.
