Reverend Arthur J. Steslicki

Reverend Arthur J. Steslicki, passed from this life on July 16, 2022, at the age of 97.

Father Steslicki was born on December 13, 1924 and ordained a priest for the Archdiocese of Detroit on June 1, 1951.

Father Arthur Steslicki left active ministry on October 1, 1964, and had his faculties partially restored on December 5, 2021.

Father Steslicki is predeceased by his parents, Peter and Pauline, as well as ten siblings. He is survived by many nieces and nephews.

Visitation will take place at The Allen Park Chapel of The Martenson Family of Funeral Homes, 10915 Allen Road, Allen Park, MI 48101, on Tuesday, July 26, 2022, from 1 – 9 p.m. with a Rosary at 7 p.m. Father Steslicki will lie in state at St. Frances Cabrini Parish, 9000 Laurence, Allen Park, MI 48101 on Wednesday, July 27, from 10 a.m. until the time of his funeral Mass at 11 a.m.
