Reverend Joseph Horn

Reverend Joseph Horn appointed a member of the In Solidum team of priests who will pastor St. Andrew Parish, Rochester; St. Irenaeus Parish, Rochester Hills; St. Mary of the Hills Parish, Rochester Hills, that form Rochester Area Catholic Family of Parishes, effective July 1, 2023. Pending inclusion in the Family Priests’ Covenant, Father Horn will serve primarily at St. Andrew Parish, Rochester, along with Fr. Brian Cokonougher, who has primary care of the parish. Father Horn currently serves as Rector of National Shrine of the Little Flower Basilica Parish, Royal Oak and a member of the In Solidum team of priests who pastor National Shrine of the Little Flower Basilica Parish, Royal Oak; St. Justin-St. Mary Magdalen Parish, Hazel Park; St. Mary Parish, Royal Oak; St. Vincent Ferrer Parish, Madison Heights; that from South Oakland Vicariate Family 4, primarily serving at National Shrine of the Little Flower Basilica Parish, Royal Oak.
