Prince of Peace, Our Lady of Refuge, and St. Benedict Parishes Transferred to South Oakland Vicariate

On February 15, 2024, Archbishop Vigneron issued a decree transferring Prince of Peace Parish, Our Lady of Refuge Parish, and St. Benedict Parish from the Lakes Vicarate to the South Oakland Vicariate, effective immediately.
