The Black Catholic Ministries Gospel Choir was formed in the 1980s to share the gospel message to all communities through the African culture.
In 2010, the Archdiocese of Detroit formed a 100-voice choir for the National Pastoral Musicians Conference in Detroit.
The choir is committed to prayer and the transforming power that is in our songs of prayer and praise. We understand our calling to lead our brothers and sisters toward Christ using the universal language of music.
Our ministry continues to evolve to deliver the vibrant, exciting and unique approach to religious music that has become our signature.
