RE: New I-9 Form
We have been informed that on August 1, 2023, United States Citizenship and Immigration Services released an updated Form I-9, Employment Eligibility Verification. This form is used to “document verification of the identity and employment authorization of each new employee (both U.S. citizen and noncitizen) hired after November 6, 1986, to work in the United States.”
Please use this new version of the form, effective immediately.
