The Department of Human Resources serves as a strategic partner to Curia employees as well as families of parishes, parish, and school employees. The Department of Human Resources exists to support, guide, and provide programs and services to partners and individual employees in order to create a positive work environment that will enable and empower employees to achieve their individual goals as well as the Archdiocese of Detroit mission and goals.
