The Parish Care Department assists the four Regional Moderators in their governance and pastoral leadership of parishes and Families of Parishes.
The Parish Care Regional Coordinators serve as liaisons with other Curia offices and departments to support the clergy and Family of Parishes Missionary Strategic Plans.
In addition, the department provides support and guidance to parishes facing financial or pastoral difficulties, including assisting with crisis management and troubleshooting, as well as aiding and supporting transitions of priests moving into new assignments or retirement.
