Shrines in the Archdiocese of Detroit
National Shrine
- National Shrine of the Little Flower, Royal Oak
- The entire campus is considered the shrine, which includes the minor basilica; however, there is a structure connected to and adjacent to the basilica that is dedicated to St. Therese of Lisieux. The shrine was given national designation in 1998. The shrine benefits from a good supply of priests to meet the sacramental needs of pilgrims.

Diocesan Shrines
- Ste. Anne Shrine, Detroit
- In 2017, Archbishop Vigneron established a shrine within Ste. Anne Basilica. The shrine is located in the southeast corner of the basilica and includes a display of a first-class relic in front of a statue of Sainte Anne. The statue of Sainte Anne with a teen-aged Saint Mary in front of her is from the 1828 church built by Father Gabriel Richard. The relic is from the ancient Shrine of Sainte Anne d’Auray, France.

- St. Joseph Shrine Parish, Detroit
- In 2020, Archbishop Vigneron designated the entire campus as a shrine at the request of the parish. St. Joseph Parish is the only personal parish in this See with a mandate to care for those who seek care in the extraordinary form and accompanying sacraments and sacramentals. The Institute of Christ the King, Sovereign Priest cares for the parish. A contract exists between the Archbishop and the Institute for this care, and there remains just over forty years of the contract term.

- Our Lady of Fatima Shrine, Riverview
- In 2020, the public association the World Apostolate of Fatima asked to establish their oratory in Riverview as a shrine. The shrine and association are cared for by Father John Hedges.

- Shrine of Jesus, Divine Mercy, Clinton Township
- In 2021, the private association that is the Servants of Jesus, the Divine Mercy, asked to establish their Divine Mercy Center as a shrine. Archbishop Vigneron obliged, and since that time, the Apostolic Penitentiary added a plenary indulgence for pilgrimages to the shrine on December 8. The private association runs the shrine, but Father Hoang Lam serves as chaplain to the association.

- Shrine of the Immaculate Heart of Mary, Pontiac
- Terra Sancta Pilgrimages (see below) bought St. Joseph Oratory, Pontiac, that had attached to it this shrine. Although there are no decrees erecting the shrine, history has treated it as such.
